Freyja Concept will fulfill its responsibilities in delivering the products purchased according to the order created to the Customers. Items in stock will be shipped within three business days. There is no "warranty period" regarding the shipment. Incorrectly transmitted address information is the responsibility of the customer and may result in additional charges.
All products will be sent by Freyja Concept. If the ordered products are not delivered within the specified time frame, customers should contact the customer relations department with the order number. A refund can be requested for the relevant products, taking into account the articles of the sales contract. Customers can specify a product delivery date under suitable conditions. If products are not delivered within the specified delivery date, Freyja Concept can terminate the sales contract and customers can request a return for the relevant products.
Freyja Concept works with a contracted cargo company. During delivery, the signature of the customer is required indicating that the order has been received. If they are not available at the address during delivery, customers should contact the courier company to arrange an alternative delivery date.
